4. Shipping Charges & Taxes/GST on Shipping

  • Currently, ORBIQO is offering free shipping to customers, with all shipping charges covered by us.
  • Apart from covering shipping charges, ORBIQO is also currently absorbing the applicable taxes/GST on shipping to ensure a smooth customer experience.

7. Tracking Order

  • Once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched, a courier tracking number from our logistics partner will be generated and shared with the customer.
  • Customer can view this information in the following ways:
    • Customer will get an email notification from us about the courier tracking number.
    • Customer can view this information on their order page by logging into their account using email: https://account.orbiqo.com/orders
    • Customer can reach out to us through our support channels.

8. Delivery Issues

  • Delivery Delayed: If your order is delayed, please reach out to us through our support channels. We will track the status of your order and assist you promptly.
  • Delivery Failed: Our support team typically contacts customers via our support channel in case of one or two failed delivery attempts. However, ORBIQO is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
